four distinct seasons diversify its food. There are several
delicacies which you won't taste now but know more about below:

Appetizer : Koreans love to make the dining table full of small
dishes. However, it doesn't mean appetizers are the main characters.
Instead, Koreans enjoy eating rice better than the appetizers.

Kimchi : Kimchi is an indispensable food in Koreans' daily life!
Before the winter, each family would make Kimchi, which is the most
important housework yearly.

Spicy Ricecake : It's really freezing cold in Korea during the
winter. Therefore, spicy food is a must to get them “hot”. Not
only Kimchi but also spicy ricecake is one of Koreans' good snacks.

Stone Pot Bibimbap : Bibimbap(拌飯)
looks colorful and tasty before you eat. Since the farmers were busy
and had little time to have meals, it was convenient to put many
ingredients with different colors to keep them balanced diets.

Copper barbecue : Barbecue makes everyone mouth-watering!! Koreans
love to dip the sauce and wrap the meat with lettuce. Have a Big

Seaweed Soup : It's special to have seaweed soup on Koreans'
birthday! Since their moms would eat nutritious seaweed soup after
giving a baby, Koreans will remember mom's efforts and hard work by
having this soup on their birthday.
